Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the 4Rate mobile application and related support pages.
4Rate is not a betting, gambling, trading, banking, payment, investment, or financial application. 4Rate does not support deposits, withdrawals, purchases, subscriptions, paid contests, money transfers, cash rewards, financial transactions, odds-based wagering, or any other financial operations.
Purpose of the App
4Rate is intended for sports predictions, ratings, reputation-style scoring, leaderboards, and profile features. Predictions and scores in the app are for entertainment, ranking, and informational app functionality only. They do not create monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes through the app.
Anonymous Accounts and Profiles
The app may create an anonymous Firebase account when you start using it. You may be able to create or edit a profile, add an optional profile photo, and choose whether the profile is public or private.
User Conduct
- Do not submit illegal, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or abuse the app or Firebase services.
- Do not upload profile photos or profile content that you do not have the right to use.
- Do not use the app as a financial, gambling, wagering, or betting service.
Public and Private Visibility
If your profile is public, some profile information and app activity may be visible in public areas of the app, such as profile views or leaderboards. If your profile is private, the app will limit public display according to the available app functionality.
Account Deletion
You may request or use available account deletion functionality. Deletion may remove or disconnect account information where reasonably possible, subject to records needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.
No Warranty
The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Sports information, predictions, ratings, schedules, results, and app calculations may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
