This Privacy Policy explains how 4Rate handles information in the 4Rate mobile application and on the support pages hosted at rateapp-4d3f1.web.app.
4Rate does not provide payments, purchases, deposits, withdrawals, money transfers, betting, gambling, trading, investment products, financial accounts, financial rewards, cash prizes, or any other financial operations. The application is for sports predictions, ratings, and profile features only.
Information We Collect
The app uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication. This creates a Firebase user identifier so app actions can belong to the same anonymous account.
If you create or edit a profile, we may store a username, public or private visibility setting, profile statistics, and an optional profile photo if that feature is used. The app may also store sports prediction activity, ratings, and related app records.
If you submit the support form, we collect the message, subject, optional name, optional email address, anonymous Firebase user identifier created for the form submission, submission time, and basic browser information.
How We Use Information
- To create and maintain an anonymous app session.
- To provide profile, prediction, rating, leaderboard, and visibility features.
- To respond to support requests.
- To protect the service from misuse and diagnose technical issues.
Profile Visibility
You may set your profile visibility to public or private. Public profiles may be visible to other app users where the app shows public profile or leaderboard information. Private profiles are intended to limit public display of your profile information, while still allowing the app to operate and keep records needed for your own account.
Profile Photos
If you add a profile photo, the image is used to display your profile inside the app according to the available visibility settings. Do not upload images that you do not have the right to use.
Account Deletion
The app is expected to provide an account deletion option. When you delete your account, we will delete or disconnect account data where reasonably possible, subject to records that must be retained for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.
Firebase Services
4Rate uses Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, Hosting, and related infrastructure. Firebase may process technical data needed to provide these services, including identifiers, device or browser data, logs, and security signals.
No Financial Data
Because 4Rate does not process financial operations, we do not request or store payment card numbers, bank account numbers, wallet addresses, transaction credentials, brokerage details, betting account details, or similar financial information.
Children
4Rate is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without parental consent. If you believe a child provided information through the app, contact support.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when this document was last updated.
